“Rushed and disarmed by my private security. Held until apprehended by the police,” notes Tristan Tate.
A man armed with a gun was arrested outside the home of male empowerment guru Andrew Tate on Saturday.
“There is a man with a gun outside my house,” Tate posted to X, with his brother Tristan adding, “I wish I were joking. No shots fired.”

In an update, Tristan noted his security team had neutralized the threat.
“Rushed and disarmed by my private security. Held until apprehended by the police,” stated the Tate brother.
Following up, Tristan said the incident appeared to be a stunt by an “idiot” social media user, acknowledging the proximity to the murder of Charlie Kirk.
“Seems some idiot thought brandishing weapons outside my house on livestream was a good way to go viral and promote his project. Wasn’t a real gun. Has the internet rotted everybody’s fucking mind away? One week after Charlie Kirk is killed you think THIS is the right move for self promotion? Fuck this guy.”

Footage posted by the Tate News X account showed police outside the Tate’s compound in Romania.

Tristan later appeared to indicate the suspect was carrying an air soft pistol.
In America we would have legally put him down permanently for this.
An air soft pistol is indistinguishable from a pistol on CCTV.
Stay safe 🤝🏽 🫡
